  1. At 29:50 you said the USA is at a disadvantage because of the Snowden disclosures but that really pins it on Snowden. Its more that we’re at a disadvantage because the NSA was breaking the law and lying to Congress which Snowden pointed out.

    1. Fair point, however regardless of the legality or who knew what, the success of some seemingly important programs are/were pinned on those activities, which are now ineffective, or at least have diminished effectiveness. Hopefully there will be a legitimate hearing regarding the legality of the programs and activities that were disclosed some day, though that seems unlikely.
