  1. First of all: Love the show. Been following for about a year now. But I think you present som misconceptions about the GDPR in episode 217. It is true that the GDPR sometimes is vague or inconsistent. The reason for this is that it not a law. It’s a regulation. This mean that all the countries within the EEA (That includes all EU countries but also Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) have an obligation to incorporate the regulation in their national laws. The problem is that some countries there’s a conflict between the GDPR and their constitution, and the EU are not always allowed force changes in national contstitutions.
